Today I got an email saying that I should update the plugin.
I removed the previous version, installed the new one, but is not working.
I cleaned up the cache and everything, tried in another browser and still is not working.
What is the solution?.

Plugin hasn’t been working for me since this update, flushed every cache known to man. Now when I click the plugin it just loads to my website homepage which is odd behavior.
I’m out of ideas on what to try to fix it now, try the old version maybe?

Update: Tried deleting the plugin and re-installing, it now won’t activate at all despite giving the activation successful message.

it now won’t activate at all despite giving the activation successful message – do you mean failed in activation of the plguin on the page plugins.php? – I have an idea that on the site it is another scripts which failed aftyer update, try next:
* create duplicate https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/duplicator/
* create test subdomain
* install duplicate on test subdomain
* deactivate all exept WOOBE + WOO (even wp theme)
* one by one activate plugins
p.s. in browser chrome press F12 to see js errors in console after each plugin activation as js+php errors from another plugin can prevent functionality stop to another plugins
