After upgrading WordPress to 5.4, I noticed I was unable to view the Edit Page page within the WP Admin; it should simply just show a white/blank page. After disabling all plugins, I discovered that re-enabling WP Hide prevented the Edit Page from loading. After resetting the settings within WP Hide, it appears that changing the path under the WP Includes tab is what causes the Edit Page to not load.

Further, it appears that changing the path on the WP Content tab causes the plugin to display differently than it should. It doesn’t seem like I can upload an image here but it seems to be easily reproducible.

Is the development team is aware of these two defects?

    Hi,
Sorry but I’m not able to replicate any of the issues on this side, it shouldn’t be a WordPress update cause but an issue produced by an error or conflict with another plugin or the theme.
Can you try to disable all plugins but WP Hide and see if makes a fix? If so, try to identify which one being active conclude to the errors. Also, try to switch to a different theme.

    Thanks
