WordPress 5.9 responsive preview issue

Starting with WordPress 5.9 ( or Gutenberg plugin 11.x ) there is currently an issue with the block preview in the editor. That issue does only affect the preview. You can still use all responsive settings and the frontend is not affected by the bug.

Details:

WordPress / Gutenberg changed how blocks are previewd in the backend and added an iframe to the editor. https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/31375. We are actively working on a fix and will probably release it in february but there is lots of code that we need to change.
