WordPress admin can’t publish

    Hello,

    This morning I logged in on my wordpress site and I noticed that my user who is administrator (and the only user) can’t publish anything.
    On Posts and Pages instead of “Publish” I have “Submit for review” and if I click o it the page is blank with “Sorry you are not allowed to modify this post”.

    I have the same issue with all my plugins disabled and even after cache reset.

    Can you help me ?
