The theme for my site is showing on the login page, but the forms to access the dashboard are not. Anyone know why this is occurring or how to fix this?

Should I include the link to the page?

Try switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

I changed the theme name, however, the same problem is occurring. The forms still don’t show. I just updated WordPress manually a few days ago, do you think that has anything to do with it?

I found a fix, I deactivated an active plugin called Theme Login or something of the sort.
Allowed me to login without any problems
