WordPress Admin Menu Items not Showing for Users

    Hi

    I have a strange and annoying problem with WordPress.

    Nothing below the Settings is appearing the Admin Menu for the Editor (or any other user).

    Running WordPress 4.4.1

    and Plugins

    Yoast
    Next Gen Gallery
    Loco Translate
    Google Fonts
    Constant Contact
    Divi Library

    All appear below the Settings item and do not appear for any user other than and Admin.

    Is this a feature of WordPress. If so is there anyway to override it?
