Hello the problem is I can not go to the plugins page either so I am unable to install or uninstall a plugin because it keeps redirecting to 404 page.
@syeduzairjaved Access your wp-contents folder through FTP and rename plugins folder as plugins.disable. Then proceed to login. If it doesn’t work, try restarting your web server.

I tried the solution you told but still it is not working for me.
@syeduzairjaved Try deleting your .htaccess file. Go to file manager and navigate to public_html. You should be able to see it there. Right click and delete. Now login to your WordPress dashboard, Go to settings > Permalink and click save changes. A new .htaccess file will be generated.
