WordPress Admin Page Renders as Plain HTML

I know there are many posts on this already, but I’ve tried most of those solutions already. I had accidentally rerouted my ww.wp.xz.cn site on my localhost to a wordpress.com site at myname.wordpress.com, and I managed to fix that problem by changing the siteurl and home on PHPMyAdmin. However, after I did that, my WordPress Dashboard rendered as plain HTML. I don’t have a domain yet, I’m just working on localhost.
