wordpress admin panel not working after upgrade

    Hi,

    THis is my first upgrade for wordpress. SO i’m a fish out of water. Please help I upgraded and now I’m getting this note on the page. I followed the steps and now my admin panel wont work…

    The requested URL /wp-admin/edit.php was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    Apache/2.0.63 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.63 OpenSSL/0.9.7a DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 Server at chronicchicktalk.com Port 80

    Please help….
