How about normal? Not running in multisite.
I use PHP 7.0.1, and still no problem

Multisite or not, WordPress works on PHP 7.
Maybe it works and doesn’t produce any errors, still seeing the PHP 7 at github with all those fixes and corrections …. i wouldn’t run PHP 7 on a production server.
For me it is 2b considered as beta.
i got problem with PHP7. No menu admin bar there when login into WP 🙁

You should look on Themes and Plugins for the PHP7 support. They don’t all work.
