WordPress and SMF

Hi all,
I`ve got a WordPress website and SMF (Simple Machine Forum) on subdomain. I want to show last post from forum on my main page (powered by WordPress). How can i do it? Is any plugin, way to do it? I want only last posts, no common database etc, only last posts.
