WordPress backend stylesheet broken in 4.0

    I am using WP clone in multiple projects. This is the fist time it actually broke!

    I use WP 4.0, not tested yet, I know. So:
    The frontend is looking good, The backend is broken. there I only see the navigation, no stylesheet. The content of the backend is placed under the navigation without any style. Its functioning, but it is difficult.
