WordPress Backend URL Not Working

I haven’t accessed the backend for my wordpress site in quite some time, however when I try to access the wp-admin login poage, it’s telling me that “the page isn’t redirecting properly.”

Note: I just posted this question and someone replied with a weird answer regarding me being blocked by a security plugin, or me changing the wordpress login URL, or the wordpress memory limit is too low… and then my post was deleted before I could ask any more questions.

Is there a new way I’m supposed to access it now or something? Thanks for your help. Can you please not delete this until I can get some understanding regarding what I need to do to regain entry into my site?
