I received an email alerting me to a plugin conflict on a website I manage. It doesn’t appear to affect the appearance of the website, but I’m worried it could interfere with our Constant Contact forms.

    Here are the error details:

    WordPress version 5.7.1
    Current theme: Hyatt Training
Current plugin: Constant Contact Forms for WordPress (version 1.10.1)
    PHP version 7.3.27

    Hi Tippi,

Thank you for your patience here.

First and biggest question is if this is a persistent thing going on, or has it been just a one time occurrence so far?

From what I’m seeing above, it looks like it’s originating from trying to fetch available lists for your account. Just in case it’s playing a part, do you have lists available already in your Constant Contact dashboard? Or are you just getting started and haven’t created one just yet?

Hi! Thanks for your replies 🙂

We already have lists available in our Constant Contact dashboard. We were notified of the WordPress error started 4 days ago when I created the ticket. I haven’t received anymore notifications from WordPress, but I do see this in our Constant Contact debug log from yesterday:

    [2021-05-10 15:39:49] API.INFO: Contact set to be created [“Extra information”,[{“form”:”E-newsletter signup”}]] []
    [2021-05-10 15:39:51] API.INFO: Submitted contact data [“Extra information”,[{“email___f0a6cb140201e491cf6a24488a80c89f”:{“key”:”email”,”val”:”***@gmail.com”},”email”:”***@gmail.com”,”lists___6117b007b9236557c7fe468726ed272b”:{“key”:”lists”,”val”:””},”list”:[“1526720777”]}]] []`

Looks like someone signed up to be on a list with that, which is a good thing. Also looks like nothing new has come in regarding original errors, so I’m hopeful this was temporary and already resolved now.

I’d say keep an eye on things for a little bit longer, but overall probably safe to disregard at this point.
