Hello –

I have recently joined the company and I have found that we have a Chilean website. Unfortunately, the login credentials that were on file have since expired or were not updated with the other predecessors. I am not able to gain access to the site to make updates etc. Can someone please advise as to what I can do to get access?

Hi @sterndata –

I appreciate the link but the issue is that we don’t have the admin email in order to reset any of the passwords.

Use the database method to either directly set the password or change the email for the admin acccount.
