wordpress, cludlfare and google web master tools

Hi, i have the following case:
leharshim.com on wordpress settings as a non www domain.

It is also installed on cloudflare (that can use only www subdomains and not a root domain)

In Google WMT i have 2 versions, a www and a none www.

The none www is the preferred one. It is indexed with no errors.
The www version shows errors, google bot can’t access and a dns error too.

Is this an issue?
