    Hello!

When we installed your plugin we wanted to set it up and we were directly asked to login with our wordpress.com account. After logging in with our wordpress.com account we realized that we should have logged in with our clients wordpress.com account instead of our own. We can’t find an option to logout and log back in with a different account.

We tried deinstalling your plugin and then reinstalling it but that did not work. How can we logout again so we can connect your plugin with a different wordpress.com account?

    Hi @doffine,

Our apologies for any confusion around the WordPress.com account connection process. Regarding a potential account mix up, could you email us with the email address of the WordPress.com account currently connected to WooCommerce Payments?

Send the email here and we can get to work to try and help disconnect WooCommerce Payments from that WordPress.com account.
