WordPress comment push notification at new reply via Flutter

Great plugin, as far as I can see. Still have to start with the following: can we actually make sure that when there is a new reply in a topic in WordPress (we’ll flag it somehow), that it will trigger a push notification in Flutter for that specific user who decided to actually enable push if there is a new reply he/she follows?
