WordPress comments count is wrong?

For some odd reason the link to change to the regular wordpress comments is showing a wrong counter…

It is like showing the total website counter? or I have no idea what…

But, for example, it shows (43), you clic on it and there is no comments at all

From where is taken that number?

Here an example:

(in fact, that number, 43, is present in every page…)
