Is this plugin configurable to allow:

Notify all previous commenters when a new comment is added to the page.
– Only people who have already commented on that post
– An email with the comment and link back to the page

I’m not sure that BNFW will do everything you want however, I recommend trying it out to see how you get on with regards to your requirements.
