This has shown up in WordFence scans. I have four files that are labeled like this. My question is should I delete them? The report only says they’ve been modified so I’m worried about deleting them. Is there another way to fix?

Hi @jmoldave,

In Wordfence > Scan, next to the scan result, you can select Details > View Differences to see what was modified in the core files, and Repair to repair them if needed.
