I have set password reset request notification with a plugin and it works but defaults WordPress core notifications also send to a user so users get two notification mail

I would turn off the WP notification in Dashboard>Notifications>Settings>INTEGRATION>Password reset request (tick to disable). Hope that works for you.

Hi! The solution presented by @lightwavin is correct. In the Settings of Notifications in the INTEGRATION tab you can disable default WordPress notifications.

Thank you lightwavin. Is it possible to change reset password link redirect to Woocoomrce reset password link in Email like http://example.com/account-details/lost-password/?show-reset-form=true instead of WordPress default Password link?

It is not possible to change the link, but you can set up redirection with Redirection plugin.
