  • Hi @janeballiol,

From what I understand WP Rocket was installed, and WooCommerce started throwing errors? If that is the case, try disabling WP Rocket first, and see if that resolves the issue.

If it does, try to disable all other plugins down to just WooCommerce, and then activate WP Rocket. If the site breaks, then contact the WP Rocket developers at this link.

If it still works, re-enable plugins a few at a time until the error shows up. Whatever you just re-enabled would be the culprit. You can read more about plugin and theme conflicts here:

Did this happen after disabling all plugins and just remaining with WP Rocket and WooCommerce?

    • If yes, you will want to reach your host to disable the WP Rocket plugin and see if this resolves the issue. From there, you can get in touch with WP Rocket to check further why this is happening when you activate their plugin.
    • If no, please copy-paste here the error that you’re seeing on your site. You can also check whether you can obtain the PHP error logs on the server by contacting your host or following these steps. You can also deactivate the WooCommerce plugin via FTP in the meantime to see if you’re able to access WP-Admin. When you’re able to access WP-Admin, you might have an easier time deactivating WP Rocket from there and checking if WooCommerce will crash if you activate it

Let us know how it goes!
