    Hello amruthaemvigo!

I am really sorry to hear about this experience!

This is the first time actually seen this error, and I have a few more questions in regard, just to build some context:

    1) Can you confirm which version of WP 2FA you are using? If you are not running the latest, can you please make sure you update the plugin to v. 2.6.4 and let me know if there are any changes?

    2) Since it’s a bit hard to determine the exact steps to reproduce this – can you please let me know if this error happens all the time? or just for some users or roles, intermittently?

If possible, can you share a quick video describing step by step how you managed to reproduce this as it’s hard to visualize it based on the information provided so far (please make sure you hide/exclude any sensitive information from the screenshots/recording before posting it here on the forums)

    3) if the error happens every time – can you try to remove the plugin and its database entries first? (before removing it, simply head to the Settings page of the plugin, and check “Delete data upon uninstall”) and proceed with the plugin removal and reinstallation.

This will imply a plugin reconfiguration, but I am curious to see if this does the trick for you.

Looking forward to hearing back from you on this with as many details as possible!
