    Hello,

    Since upgrading Responsive theme to version 6.3.7, we noticed that the customizer is not loading in WordPress. The page just times out, and there are no errors reported in our Apache logs or by enabling WordPress debug messages.

    We’ve also tried disabling plugins one-by-one in WordPress on our staging website– but we have not been able to identify the conflict.

    Could you please advise on any ways that we could troubleshoot this issue– as it seems to be related directly to recent changes in Responsive theme?
