That’s strange situation. Could you please confirm us if you are using one of our premium themes, and have you tested disabling other plugins one by one in order to inspect the issue? Thanks in advance.

I think is premium theme because i have buy it in the beginning . I also have tested disabling other plugins, but the customizer section only can working when inactive the bold builder.

Thank you for reply. After i check it, i think my premuim theme is buy more than 1 year. I still can submit the ticket? If cannot submit how i solve the problem? Thx

Please check with your purchase key if your support is still included – here .
In meanwhile, make sure to update your premium theme and all the required plugins (which come with the theme). Also, please refer to online documentation for your theme and FAQ
