WordPress Dashboard Functions Not Working

    I am experiencing errors with my wordpress dashboard. Add/Insert Media, Link option, Screen Options, Help and Howdy are not working. It may be a javascript issue, but I am still not sure how to fix it. This has been very stressful for me. Does anyone know what is causing dashboard to act like this? Thanks in advance to all for your asssistance.
