    Dear WPForms Team,

I’m using the WPForms Lite plugin, but unfortunately I’ve had this error for a few days:

Errore sul database di WordPress: [Duplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY']
    INSERT INTO wp_wpforms_tasks_meta (action, data, date) VALUES ('wpforms_admin_notifications_update', 'W10=', '2023-11-15 18:40:37')

Errore sul database di WordPress: [Duplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY']
    INSERT INTO wp_wpforms_tasks_meta (action, data, date) VALUES ('wpforms_admin_notifications_update', 'W10=', '2023-11-15 18:40:37')

can you help me fix this error?

If instead I want to modify a template a popup appears with this error:

Something went wrong while saving the form. Reload the page and try again.

Contact the plugin's support team if this behavior persists.

Furthermore, if I try to create a new form a popup appears with this error:

Close the form builder and try again. If the error persists, please contact our support team.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi @atelierflavia,

    Thanks for reaching out!

These kind of errors in the Form Builder are generally related to the auto-increment attribute in the posts table in your site’s database. Please go to posts table » Structure » ID, and check the auto-increment option – screenshot.

After this, you should be able to save your forms in the Form Builder.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi @atelierflavia,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
