    Hi, on debug.log I see these errors:

    WordPress database error Duplicate entry 'https://www.domain.com/' for key 'wp_cwvpb_critical_urls.cwvpb_unique' for query UPDATE wp_cwvpb_critical_urls SET url = 'https://www.domain.com/' WHERE url_id = 1000000002 made by do_action_ref_array('isa_add_every_one_hour'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, CWVPSB_Critical_Css->every_one_minutes_event_func, CWVPSB_Critical_Css->save_others_urls

    Why ? How to fix this ?

    The Core Web Vitals version is 1.0.23 (the most recent)

    Hi, please install the Rollback plugin and check with the previous version once.
