Fred, thank you for trying out things upside down. That helps a lot.
BTW, I couldn’t replicate the issue.
Tested in two different environments: Windows and Linux hosting.
Each time I’s getting the knowledgebase contents on default WordPress search (?s=something).
Here’s the test result in a GIF:

Ok go here: https://domanager.co/knowledgebase/?from=sd
Type “Coming” and you will get the front page result. Now time, “first” which is the title of the first article, nothing in the result…
Why you resolved this ticket? It still not working! The search engine in Nano doesn’t seach in the knowledge database.
I’m extremely sorry, I’m too late with ticket. And I’m sorry marking the ticket as resolved.
I think you mistaken of some sort: the plugin doesn’t include any search engine. It inherits the default WordPress search engine.
So,
I typed: “Coming” and here’s the result:
https://domanager.co/?s=Coming
I typed: “first” and here’s the result:
https://domanager.co/?s=first
Isn’t that seems okay? Please point out the KB article that is missing in the search result.
Could you please provide your feedback?
Hi, well, I was trying to use the search inside the knowledgebase main page. Since I didn’t get any answer from you after a month, I decided to build my own KB. Thank you for your support.
I’m so sorry, actually I din’t get the notification on this thread because it’s marked resolved. Feeling so sorry for that.
Only Knowledgebase searching is already a ready product here in our end, is ready to come for you in near-future inshALLAH. So I think you won’t need to build that.
But in the mean time, your site search (default WP search) is fully functioning.
