wordpress deletes all new posts

    every time i go to publish a new post or even save it and continue working on it, wordpress takes me to my blog and doesn’t display the new post. it doesn’t save it as a draft, it doesn’t seem to recognise i’ve written anything at all!

    can anyone help me recover my lost posts or just help me manage to write something new?! is this a common problem at all?

    I am having the same problem and still cannot find a solution :S

    I noticed this problem after upgrading to the 2.7.1 version

    Hi,

    WordPress stores all the data in database so make sure that you have provided correct details in wp-config.php file and recheck them..

    Also repair your database and have a try to store the data..

    i don’t know if this will help anyone but i upgraded my wordpress to 2.7.1 and it now allows me to post again.

    Hello Sharlene,

    I checked the wp-config.php and it is pointing to the right database. I am still trying to figure out what can be the problem.
