WordPress Directory on Amazon EC2

Hi,

I would like some advice/best practice on the timing to move my domain/directory with wordpress.

Currenrly, I am in the very initial stages of building my website and the site and wordpress url are at http://www.example.com/wordpress. I know how to move directories and get my website address and site url to just http://www.example.com.

I would like to know if it would be good to build the website first and then move the directories or should I move the directories first and get the website on just http://www.example.com and then build the website.

Your advice would be highly appreciated.
