    Hi everyone,

    I am migrating the website from WordPress to another platform and will need to add 1 A record, 1 AAAA record and 1 CNAME record for the subdomain WWW.

    I am checking the DNS settings where the domain is hosted and there are multiple records. I am not sure which ones are related to the website in WordPress so I can delete them.

    Please see below the current DNS records:

    • ftp A 3600. 78.153.210.10
    • @. A. 3600 78.153.210.10
    • www. A. 3600. 78.153.210.10
    • @. AAAA. 3600. 2a01:a8:dc0:334:1::5f8
    • www. AAAA. 3600. 2a01:a8:dc0:334:1::5f8

    Thanks

    WordPress does not manage DNS settings. You must ask your host where WordPress is installed for the details.

    the domain is connected to the wordpress website so the WordPress records were added to the domain host. As per WordPress article, 2 A records and 1 cname should be added

    Based on your wording, I now suspect that you actually have a website at wordpress.COM. But you are here in the support forum of ww.wp.xz.cn. The difference is explained here:

    ww.wp.xz.cn and WordPress.com

    You can check where your website is hosted at https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/. You would then have to contact the person who is hosted there. If it is wordpress.COM, then here: https://wordpress.com/support/
