WordPress Duplicator Permissions Fail

Hi, I am new here and it would be great if someone can help with my issue. I try to copy my live environment to my local installation by using the duplicator plug-in. After activation of the plug-in I get an error which tells me to change permissions. Where on the server do I find these files which I have to change the permissions?

Pass [/hermes/bosoraweb013/b1108/ipg.rolandpe/wp-snapshots]
Pass [/hermes/bosoraweb013/b1108/ipg.rolandpe/wp-snapshots/tmp]

The above paths should have permissions of 755 for directories and 644 for files. You can temporarily try 777 if you continue to have issues. Also be sure to check the owner/group settings. For more details contact your host or server administrator.
