Hello, good day everyone.

I’ve been wondering for a while now. Probably in a 10- to 30-min intervals, I usually get an email from wordpress saying that ‘New user registration on your site *******’.

Are these emails spams or coming from persons who actually registered in my site?

Likely, some of these are bots.

Also, consider a plugin like:

Hi, thank you for the swift reply.

I’ve done fully activating askismet anti spam, yet I received the same, at least, 2 after the activation. Does this mean what? Are they still bots or real ones?

You may also try adding other plugins in addition to Akismet, as well as Hardening tips.

Maybe someone try to hack your website. Show you should check user on your site and install Akismet plugin !
