Every now and then when I login to my wordpress dashboard, I am sent to a page which prompts me to comfirm my email address:
    Administration email verification

Please verify that the administration email for this website is still correct. Why is this important? (opens in a new tab)

    Current administration email: [email protected]

This email may be different from your personal email address.
    Update The email is correct
    Remind me later

However on my site at britanniaglen.ca, this page has been hijacked as if I click on any link, instead of continuing to go into the dashboard, I am redirected to a casino website.

However I can access the backend right after that by closing that window and then typing in britanniaglen.ca/wp-admin.

It seems this email verification has been hacked. GoDaddy is the host and they can’t figure it out and I did a site scan at Sucuri and Virus Total and both came up clean, so wondering if anyone can help me by either getting rid of the redirect or is there a way to teurn off these requests for email verification?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
