WordPress error due to plugin

Hello, I have received the “Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue” error message and it mentions that the “Restrict User Access” plugin is causing an error whenever some new user is trying to register.

Here are my installation details:
WordPress version 5.5.1
Current theme: Sekolah Child Theme (version 1.0.0)
Current plugin: Restrict User Access (version 2.1)
PHP version 7.2.33
