    PHP version : 7.4.33

    the error log records the messages every now an again. not too often…

    Hi, We are having the same error show up on our site, hoping for a resolution soon. We have seen anywhere from 1 to as high as 128 past-due actions. The error reads Action Scheduler: 1 past-due action found; something may be wrong. Read documentation

    From the shared document and error, it looks like there is some issue with CURL/Loopback requests on the site because of which CRON can’t be processed in the background.

    We would request you to confirm it by checking the Site health report from Tools –> Site Health. On the page, you can check if there is any error related to CURL and loopback requests and share the screenshots with us.

    That would be helpful in understanding the issue further.

    Also, the error you mentioned is different from this current thread, so we request you to create a new thread or use our private support channel (here) to avoid confusion.
