Hi,
While checking the eStore theme in WordPress 5.2.1, everything seems to be working fine. Normally, the issue you mentioned above arises due to the plugin conflict. Can you try disabling the used plugins one by one and check if the issue is resolved? Also, if you find the plugin causing the issue, can you mention it here. We will test it and try to resolve the issue as fast as possible.
Thanks.
Hello Rajesh, I have installed only those plugins wich are recommended in eStore docs. I tried deactivating all plugins one by one and at the end, deactivating all the plugins at all. Still it throws error. Or even, I do not installed any plugin myself. The plugins are installed by themegrill demo importer plugin. Or note that if I switch to default 2019 theme, WordPress just works fine.
Is theme need aditional server resources? Or I need to install aditional php extensions etc etc…
Wordpress site health report shows score of 92.
Please help if pocible. Thanks.
Hello Rajesh, Finally i found the plugin conflicting with wordpress or theme.
It is Woocommerce. If I deactivate the plugin, everything is fine. But when i reactivate the plugin, WordPress throws error. But here is another thing, If I activate the woocommerce plugin while using default 2019 theme, It works fine.
Still I am sure that the issue is with the eStore theme.
Please resolve that.
FWIW, I have this same error, though Smart Slider 3 seems to be the problem. It is a new problem, had not seen the error until this week.
Hi @niranjanv94
That issue is arising since WordPress 5.2 version update. There can be many factors causing that issue. Also, as we are not getting any error while checking on our development environment, so it difficult to solve the issue. Can you check if you have received email from WordPress regarding the issue? If not, can you send us the error shown in the debug log? You can also search online for that issue as there are many solutions available which might help you. If you get any error in the log, please send us the error.
Thanks.
Hi @bmatthewwhite
