@tfrederick014 since Bluehost have already tried, go with their suggestions – hire a developer to get this resolved.
@tfrederick014 Did you check that AutoIncrement is set both for wp_comments table and wp_commentsmeta table?

Hi,
I’ve been having some issues with my wordpress site https://mac-ave.com and can’t seem to find any help via the google or through my hosting provider (BlueHost). BlueHost after trying to resolve the issue for 4 hours decided that I need to find a developer to resolve my issue.
Currently my site is unable to save comments. When a user attempts to enter a comment on a post or review a product they receive an error message “ERROR: The comment could not be saved. Please try again later.”
A list of things I have tried (well what I remember trying):
-I have tried every option within Settings->Discussion and I still get the error.
-Admin gets the error every time as-well.
-Deactivated all of my plugins
-tried a “Twenty” theme instead of Divi.
-Repaired my wp_comments table in PHPMyAdmin.
Along with comments on posts and reviews on products, in WooCommerce order notes don’t get saved either. When I create a note to a customer it successfully sends the note via email but after returning to the order details page the note is no longer visible.
