wordpress event plug in

I’m not quite sure what happened with the Feb. 7 event, but it seemed to me that there was an error with the events plugin. 

I tried changing the ticket amount multiple times, and it wouldn’t update or show in stock. 

I cleared all of our levels of cache, and it didn’t fix the issue.

To move on from the issue, I deleted the ticket, saved the event, then recreated a new ticket. 

The issue stemmed from someone who submitted a mass amount of ticket check outs from the email “[email protected]“, and they were left as pending from some point that they must have abandoned the checkout process, but the plugin did not re-stock the tickets and left the transaction as pending. 

I have not been able to pin point the issue of why the tickets of the event became that way, and will follow up with the plugin creators with this bug.
