WordPress File Upload overlapping fields

Hi to Everybody :),
I hope you can help me.
Using WordPress File Upload on the theme AccessPress Lite, all the additional fields like Simple Text, Email, Confirmation Email exhibit a partial vertical overlap. I tried to solve customizing the “Plugin Component Heights” but nothing changes.
This is my code:
