WordPress Form stopped sending

    I haven’t made any changes to this page or the form, however, nothing happens now when the users hits “Submit”. Did something change in the plug-in that I need to change in the template???

    Seems like its plugin related issue so we recommend you to contact plugin author so that they can get back to you wih form issue feedback.
    If plugin authot point out any theme related issue then get back to us with the feedback we will get back to you.
