    I have an inactive plugin called: “WordPress Framework”
    It is v1.0 and says it is created by ‘ww.wp.xz.cn”

    I can’t find reference to this anywhere and I don’t remember installing it.
    When I “go to plugin website” – it just takes me to ww.wp.xz.cn homepage.

    Any thoughts on:
    1. Is it legitimate?
    2. What does it do?
