WordPress “Front Page” editing layout

    Hi guys,

    I can’t find the answer to this in the forums, I have already set my front page to static on my new website but the builder is different to the one on my other website and it has more options that I can’t find. Both websites have the vantage theme. I’ll post links below to images of both layouts.

    Old Website (what I want to use)

    Any help would be appreciated as I’m not sure what is different here.
