Errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t find the log, please contact your host.
Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/debug.log to see if anything gets logged there. https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Debugging_in_WordPress
You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
If you cannot access wp-admin, there are other ways to deactivate plugins.

Hi Steve,
Thanks for all your suggestions, I have already tried those changes but problem was not solved. Finally I decided to remove all content and perform fresh installation even though the problem was as it as and I was not able to install a simple wordpress in my hosting account.
I was thinking that all because it is Godaddy wordpress managed hosting and their some files remain read only mode for everyone including owner.
I found an option in my account up to 30 days restore for files and database. I performed that for 1 week before restoration. Finally my site is working fine.
So in future, do I need to continue with Godaddy or I need to switch other linux hosting to keep safe my website and perform for any type of changes?

I can’t tell you what you need to do. I have some clients using GoDaddy’s Linux/CPanel hosting and clients using other hosting. Review the official hosting recommendations at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/hosting/
