I have just uploaded beta-2 of WordPress Google Form v0.59 to my web site. This upcoming version of WordPress Google Form supports hidden fields which can have their input set to a number of WordPress derived values (e.g. user’s email address, client IP address, etc.) as well as fixes a limitation with validation rules.

I uploaded beta-3 of WordPress Google Form v0.59 today for testing. This version improves the ability to use WordPress Google form to display the content of a Google Spreadsheet within WordPress.
