Hello!
Are there any plugins in which i could allow subscriber members to make polls or quizzes?
Any plugins in which members can flag profiles, comments, activity updates?

Also is there a way i can hide member profiles? Or send warning notices to specific members?

Instead of plugins, I would suggest looking into survey / poll tools that you can embed in your wordpress site.

Another approach would be customizing your wordpress to work with survey tools and making sure of permissions to allow them to create new.

I would say that it is a unique requirement where you are looking for users to create these. Users can spam site with polls and surveys if you give them this capability.
