WordPress help

I have one problem regarding wordpress. Yesterday I have downloaded wordpress and added it on one freehosting webpage called byethost.com I have designed the wordpress tempalte and because it was late I left it as it is and went to sleep. This morning when i’ve tried to load the wordpress again it didn’t worked. Then I have downloaded whole the files and uploaded on my own filezilla account where my current page is (www.ravenor.net).

Now can you tell me how to activate “testpage” without harming my website ?

I have downloaded testpage from the previous database and now I want to continue working on it and then to download it again and send it to my boss, after he will upload it on his web hosting.

I really need help with this, thank you in advance !
