• Hello. The home page of my website looks broken on both desktop and mobile. I have cleared the cache of both my site and the browsers I use, and do not use any cache plugins. It looks fine when I view it from the admin dashboard. I’ve had this problem before but the break was only visible on mobile and went away after my cache was cleared. It also appears broken to others as I’ve asked my friends to take a look. I’m unsure what to do, and quite frustrated with the unreliability of wordpress. Maybe it has to do with the theme? I am using quite an old one. But why break now all of a sudden?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Yes, this has to do with the theme you are using. The header, for example, is apparently not displayed responsively. I would recommend you to contact the support forum of the theme you are using: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/theme/cubico/

    1. Firstly, backup your site immediately for avoiding any further headaches just in case something goes wrong.
    2. Disable all your plugins.
    3. Switch to the default WP theme.
    4. Upgrade all your plugins.
    5. Upgrade your WP install.
    6. Verify whether all plugins are compatible to lastest WP version. Those ones that are not, you must think of replacing for compatible similar ones.
    7. Just choose themes compatible to lastest WP version. Or you could face compatibility issues for sure.
    8. Then, just verify whether your issue persist or not.
